Redcross, Italy

Redcross was a children’s home, built 1100 meters above sea level in the Italian mountains, that closed in the 80’s.
It was built at this altitude because this area was notorious for it’s clean air.
Sites like this were usually owned by religious groups.

The home’s dorms still contained the beds from when the home was operational, and boasted some stunning views.
